Bacon Buns
From Southern Living, 9/99 issue on p. 192.

1 8 oz. of cream cheese (or Neuchafel) creamed
3 T of milk
2 large eggs
¾ - 1 C of shredded cheese (Swiss or Mozarella preferred)
2-3 green onions, chopped
1 - 10 oz. and 1 - 5oz. cans of Hungry Jack biscuits. (You need12 biscuits to fill a muffin pan)
…I use my own biscuit dough most of the time!
6-8 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

Separate the biscuits into 12 portions. Spray your muffin pan with Pam (or your choice of non-stick ingredient). Flatten each biscuit with your hand or a rolling pin and press into the muffin cups of your pan.

Sprinkle bacon bits into each. Cream together the cream cheese, milk, cheese and eggs. Add the green onion and mix well. Put a portion to fill each of the biscuit cups and then bake it all for about 30 minutes, or until brown and solid, at 350 degrees. Remove and serve
